If so, we are the right hosts for you, in an amazing area, close to many word-famous Hungarian landmarks. Our guest-house is a home from home.
The guest-house is run by us, Roland and Anikó (husband and wife team), who are of Hungarian heritage but have lived and worked in London (UK) for 14 ye-ars. Our first child, Zalán was born in London as well. After Zalán was born, we started to think about the best place to raise our children outside of the hustle and bustle of a major city like London.
Thus began our search for a place which felt calm, safe, picturesque and most
importantly was surrounded by nature. Finally we found Bükkszentkereszt.

Bükkszentkereszt is a small village with 1200 inhabitants situated in the embrace of the Bükk Mountains.
In August 2018 we, along with our son, moved back to Hungary to set up a new life for our young family.
In 2019 our daughter, Virág, was born, completing our family of four.
We love this place from the bottom of our heart, and would love to share our cor-ner of paradise with you.

"Staying in Roanzavi Lak was a wonderful experience! The accommodation is practical, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The place is perfectly located to explore the surrounding mountains and provide you with the serenity you may need if you live in a busy city. The highlight of this place has to definitely be the owners, which are extremely welcoming and friendly! I stayed in the place for about 2 weeks and I couldn't feel more at home. They provided useful information, answered all my questions before arriving, accommodated my requests, and even lent me some tools I needed.
